LSVT® LOUD
Enhance your communication confidence!
Communication plays a vital role in human relationships.
People with Parkinson's disease may experience speech/a voice that is reduced in loudness and pitch variation, monotonous, hoarse, and breathy. These speech and voice characteristics are known as hypokinetic dysarthria.

Parkinson's may also affect an individual's perception of their loudness (i.e. a person with Parkinson's may believe they are louder than they actually may be).

These communication difficulties can greatly affect interactions with family, friends, and people in the community.

LSVT® LOUD is an evidence-based program that addresses these challenges by promoting a healthy loudness and voice quality.
