Speech Solution accepts referrals for NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants.

How fees work
NDIS Self-Managed
You will receive an invoice from the speech pathologist following your session
You pay the speech pathologist directly
The speech pathologist will issue you with a receipt
You make a payment request to the NDIA using the receipt provided to be reimbursed
NDIS Plan-Managed

The speech pathologist will send an invoice to your nominated plan manager
The plan manager will pay the speech pathologist
Private Health Insurance
Depending on your private health insurance, you may be able to claim for your speech pathology sessions. Ask your fund whether you are eligible to claim.
Medicare
The Federal Government have announced that MBS Telehealth Items are permanent!

The Chronic Disease Management (CDM) scheme is initiated by your General Practitioner and available to adults with chronic care needs.
The Medicare rebate is available for five sessions of speech pathology per calendar year.
Please note: CDM plans are ONLY allowed to be used for individual therapy sessions (i.e. does not apply to the LSVT Loud for Life group). Out-of-pocket expenses occur.
